QUOTE(raynman @ Aug 26 2019, 06:49 PM) QUOTE(brkli @ Aug 26 2019, 06:50 PM) Initially i refused to believe it, but after multiple observation, I concluded that’s the cause.About 1-2 hours of cooking/day, as only i only has one induction cooker, need to prepare multiple dishes. Gas stove is faster in heating compared to induction, hence explained the prolong use. |

QUOTE(brkli @ Aug 26 2019, 10:37 PM) you sure you are using induction? coz i use both gas and induction before. induction cook way faster than gas. the pan heat up in less than one minute (if put max settings, heat up around 25 seconds) vs gas which take more than a minute. boiling 5L water is around 13 min using induction vs 25 min using gas. I “never” try max settings, unless i want a black piece of charcoal fried chicken. Overcooked outside, fleshy inside..There’s one incident where i tried max setting, the onion burned quickly and fire sparked inside the pan.. |
