Initially i refused to believe it, but after multiple observation, I concluded that’s the cause.

About 1-2 hours of cooking/day, as only i only has one induction cooker, need to prepare multiple dishes.

Gas stove is faster in heating compared to induction, hence explained the prolong use.

Impossible gas stove faster then induction, physics shows this cannot be.

Only possibility is
1. Your induction tiny super low power
2. You gas stove ridiculously high btu
3. You are using the wrong pan/pots
4. You are actualyl using ceramic..

Not true.
I think it's best to read the reviews and the genuine non stick coating pan will cost at least Rm100+++ Above....somewhere in between RM120-50  depending on size.
Yup, now it's best to go for non stick coating because those are still coating it will wear off. Today they just use machine to engrave the pattern to make it non stick.

I stay away from all coating as the suggest all coating will come off... I'm not keen on ingesting these coatings..
