Does anyone know how to check the extended 1-year warranty for pre-order units from Senheng?

I check from Samsung website: Samsung Cyber Service, and notice that all the dates (Purchase date, Repair Status & Repair Date) are 31/10/2020 as screenshot below:



And if i check using SMS, it tells me that my phone needs to be registered:


My phone is not registered for warranty?  :confused:

Anyone encounter signal lost? I've encountered twice after take out from pocket. I have dual sim inserted, both no signal. Have to reboot the phone to restore the signal.

I kena twice at home.. suddenly no signal and have to restart phone to recover... but mine during charging... on and off sometime feel Maxis signal not so strong as in need to wait awhile to recover if just bring out fom pocket for certain area even 4G or H+ still appear to be 2 to 2 bars..it could be also when 4G to H transition location!!!
