But you already bought the phone since weeks ago. I assume the dead pixel only appears now?Anyway, if follow Samsung policy, sorry to say that their dead pixel rule is quite strict.

Nevertheless, you still can try to claim since I believe every samsung SC has their own protocol about the warranty claim. They don't have to follow their official website T&C....hopefully.
