If I not mistaken, the picture size able to adjust from Note 8 but totally disappeared from Note 10. Wonder how to set the picture size from the camera app. confused.gif

Regarding to the PO warranty registration for extended warranty, it will take 21 days for them to activate it from the system.

Try to go to Device Care App > Click on the Battery icon > Settings > turn on Fast Charging option in the list.

Today I just went to SES Mid Valley and the staff told me not to install any Tempered Glass SP to your Note 10 or Note 10 Plus or else your 1 time screen replacement warranty will be void. Only authorized silicone screen protector can be apply to your current devices.

Hi bro, you can try this method to solve the issue.

1. Turn off your device
2. Press and Hold arrow up and power button at the same time
3. Once the Android menu button appear, release all
4. Use the down arrow button to scroll all the way down and look for clear system partition
5. Press power button and select yes
6. Once done, select reboot now and click ok using power button

You can see the different after done this method. Try it out and the apps settings still remained the same. You might feel your phone getting more stable in terms of temperature to reduce your battery consumption.

I done this most of the time if the phone temperature felt unusual. You can see some different.

On top of that, try to clear the app data from Device Care before clear the partition. Relaunch the Device Care and let it optimized your phone. Turn on optimized battery in the settings, advance column to enable it. You can see some different in terms of standby time. So far my 1 hour standby time only reduce 1%. I turn on my data and GPS all the time. Satisfied with the result.

Seems like without TG or SP also can bypass the fingerprint scanner to unlock the Note 10 device.

No issue at all after the fingerprint update. In fact, it is much better and faster for fingerprint recognition.
