If want even louder can just use speaker mode and the same top speaker will work and can be placed next to your ear for maximum deafness

Maybe sound quality wise with slightly better clarity on the iPhone Pro max, but intensity wise I'm pretty sure it's louder even for call and also media loud speaker mode for the note 10 plus
