I don’t think he mean he want the school to allow long hair as in girl’s long hair type.
He wants the system to be a little more lax towards hair length because let’s be honest we’ve all been there. A little longer than finger/earlobe and you’re in deep trouble. Seriously it’s not an army camp why are they putting so much effort and time into student’s hair? |
