I should be going to sign the SPA this week. Mine is Tower C.
Just want to confirm : Been told that I need to pay the 1% downpayment fee, loan stamp duty charge and loan disbursement fee when I signed the SPA.
Then both the downpayment fee and loan stamp duty will be refunded by developer ard Aug next year.
Is that correct process ?
