Found a similar thread in the Mobilephones section and apparently all these so-called mahkamah calls started many many moons ago.
Even until today, these kind of calls still plague our mobile phone lines.

The start of the phone call is pretty generic voice recording saying:
(Silence for about 1-2 seconds after picking up the call) Ini adalah panggilan dari mahkamah...

So don't fall for it

You reply them, you and your mama go hamkachan, also your wife will die soon in accident, I will kill your kids soon. Sure they don't brother call you again.

I got the call also on 24 September 2019, phone number was +60171166024. But most likely fake phone number using VoIP.

After press Zero, the person on the line like not confident. Also the pitch they are using is terrible.
