Got super discounts like 90% after multiple appeals. It helped at lot that I got really good results & actually informed them before I changed course but they no layan my letter.
I was depressed for a few months but managed to pull myself back together. Having a supportive family is a huge boost emotionally. That was back in 2012/2013 lah..now all settled.
