My friend now 30 years old still haven't finished.

Sometimes he will post instastory asking what should he do. Go to work? Further even more study? Etc. Etc.

Wow..almost same. From age 19 to 26. Changed course halfway. Fined 500k by JPA for defaulting scholarship agreement. All ok now.

B.Arch + B.Eng Architectural Engineering.

Graduated a year early because I had AP credits, took 2 summer schools and during the year instead of taking 16 or 17 credits I took on 20 credits on some semesters.

Now working for more than three years

He got to be ok with it.
Until when have to feel down about having a debt that large.

Being in almost the same situation, i knew he probably once blame it all on himself.
Maybe, still. Who knows.

As I've been telling myself before.

That's just not a healthy mindset to continue your life.

And lets not go to the depression caused by that huge debt.

Got super discounts like 90% after multiple appeals. It helped at lot that I got really good results & actually informed them before I changed course but they no layan my letter.

I was depressed for a few months but managed to pull myself back together. Having a supportive family is a huge boost emotionally. That was back in 2012/2013 lah..now all settled.
