Hope DPC is able to club in the HOC benefit into R2. Challen is on the timeline as HOC is currently expected to end by May 2021. Not much time left. Banks are also tightening their loan eligibility. Hence time is limited. Tick Tok tick tok tick tok. Drrrrreeeeeeing

HOC wait no one. your budget definition very subjective leh. Mana tau for you is 1.2k psf, like that have to name it Park North dy.
