Generally Malaysia condo facade design is OK... but until now...still no condo can be claimed as iconic ( some say The Capers, Fennel...) compared to our neighbor like The Interlace & Marine One at Singapore and Ritz Carlton Residences at Bangkok ... those really truly iconic ..

C1 can buy low floor since nothing much nice view...slightly above car park podium to get facilities view
C2 can buy at middle and above... sport center view and green field...can get water front view but beware not to hurt your neck 
C3 unblock facilities view... but need to eyesore for years when town center start to build.... may get nice KL skyline view if high enough ....but view is from wet kitchen...

got two floors are gem... regardless which unit and orientation... 

anyway C2 will sold first then C1 and C3...
