Anyone can share the layout?

Layouts better than DPCs previous attempts.

Still, need to take 2 lifts from car to your own main door. What a major hassle

yes this is bestest personally for me. but this can only be achieved if the site is located to a slope or a natural steep difference in levels.
basement challenge (if fully submerged) is always the humidity, the lack of natural sunlight and air circulation.
not to mention reinforced walls which again cost a bomb and also time consuming (silly isn't it to dig out a bunch of earth to replace with basement).

podium car parks are one of the cheapest structure to build. ventilation free problem. but usually a sight for sore eyes.

having said that, i have come across a few car parks which is very well designed. but too few to mention.

When one is in love, everything is perfect. after reality set in, feeling could be different.

Went to the sales gallery today, the layouts are ok similiar with westside 1 and 2 but the 1300sf+ has 3 rooms instead of 2 in westside. For the nice location, 900psf price seems fair. Launching in oct/sep, completion date 4 years as usual.

Spend the whole afternoon at the gallery.
Did a more detailed look at type A and B as the layout have been updated.
The facilities and sky garden has also been updated with some changes. More forest this, forest that.
Think the sky garden has too many things like cinema room (2 rooms), music room, working hall etc.
I think its too much and would very much prefer they keep it simple with more greenery (don't need to have so many things there, makes it crowded. In this case, less is more)

However, having the work area there is nice for those wfh people but I doubt much work can be done when you have that view 40 storey high 😆
Zoom meeting would be nice when you having that as a back ground 👍

If i can afford, would definitely like the B ones facing the lake

B2 isn't facing town center. Dunno which lake is best view. Need daikor advise

balcony too big... and for master bedroom not necessary... better get this area put into wet kitchen area or additional utilities room

It's not hard to produce Wat u hav seen in brochures. In fact most projects here oso able to giv wats shown. It's harder to maintain ethg to its origin.

Mix feeling.
From the pictures, the lobby I don't like it.
Seems dark and those lighting makes it feel abit like a night club. Maintenance of the lights going to pose a problem.

The 2nd picture with the sitting like a stadium seems nice but I'm not sure if it is practical especially access to the upper seats. If upper seats are not use, it may be better to place more greenery like potted plants there as backdrop.

The 3rd picture looks like a yoga deck but it seems rather small but looks serene. Hope there are more landscape to make it more relaxed.

Overall don't like the funky feel.
Maybe I'm old or the youthful side of me haven't come out ,😁
