There r oledi few parcels maintained by residents wo. Just a matter of time the open area handed to dbkl. Nothin wrong with tat I guess. Aunty gotten wrong idea to launch the assault πππ

This is what the commercial business needs. 2. Facilities is a long term plan, just need to charge an affordable fee and manage it well. 3. Price high is OK as it will attract high end buyers 4. Nearby the lowcost construction, the road condition is worse. But not bad compared with most public roads in PJ. 5. Not many illegal parking now. Wait till the low cost flats are occupied. The occupants are sometimes defiant and may park haphazardly. My input. 1. Where is the hotel? 2. Make some pedestrian walkway covered against rain and encourage more people who are living here walk. 3. DPC need to increase their hospitality management biz billooi liked this post
