Yet handover, as far as it goes, still maintained by PPC.

On another hand, public freeload PPC facilities on PPC cost, nothing to do with properties' owners. So don't think so highly of yourself, IF u even own a unit there.

There r oledi few parcels maintained by residents wo. Just a matter of time the open area handed to dbkl. Nothin wrong with tat I guess. Aunty gotten wrong idea to launch the assault πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

1. Not too high density
2. Less facilities ll do cos many won't b using it
3. Justifiable psf but not chapalang pricing in order to maintain the buyer profile
4. Beta Road condition fr now to end of all constructions especially for R2 cos its nearby 1 of the bz access point
5. Clamp down all illegal parkings as there ll b few concurrent projects around

My take on your input.
1. High density is not the problem. It is the non residents that makes most of the crowd. This is what the commercial business needs.
2. Facilities is a long term plan, just need to charge an affordable fee and manage it well.
3. Price high is OK as it will attract high end buyers
4. Nearby the lowcost construction, the road condition is worse. But not bad compared with most public roads in PJ.
5. Not many illegal parking now. Wait till the low cost flats are occupied. The occupants are sometimes defiant and may park haphazardly.

My input.
1. Where is the hotel?
2. Make some pedestrian walkway covered against rain and encourage more people who are living here walk.
3. DPC need to increase their hospitality management biz

Assault? Not at all, just sharing the realistic possibility.

Popularity like metropolitan park could and likely occur at dpc during weekends and public holidays.

Make it as an option... With or without furnishing... Of course with furnishing the price will charge more...

As local buyer, I prefer bare... But I will appreciate if developer provide airconds and bathrooms fittings

13) car parks must be within same building

14) sizes 1800 sf and above..

yes facilities no need all the fancy fancy stuff - just a big resort type of pool with all the trimmings and
a big gym with the latest exercise equipment....

Semi furnished were catered for cash strapped buyers. Best to deliver bare finish like in China; buyers could decide what type of tiles, marble, granite, oak, chingai, etc for floor, Carrara, calacatta marble, etc for kitchen, etc they want. Staying at generic finish unit is not at all exclusive or high class.
