Expecting there wont be too many cars parking by the road since every unit is given at least two parking space.

Is it typical for the developer to display the listing price after all the rebate?Since some of the agent said the listing price is after deduction. I felt being cheated already. He said the listing before rebate is much higher

Able to visit the showroom on Friday. Location wise im good but the layout seems compact for 3bedders. Plus the ceiling height around 9.2ft & by designing the unit with darker tone, it does make it look very cramp.
