is there any sets that I can follow for gaining more weight plus look bigger??
Currently 168cm at 54 kg ... slightly underweight I would say? Aiming to go to gym 3-4 times a week

Stronglift 5x5.
Once you are more than satisfied with your lifts, you could move on to another routines. Don't bother with any other beginner routine that doesn't include compound movements (squat, deadlift etc). Right now I am squatting 105kg, bench pressing 75kg and deadlifting 120kg at 68kg and I am still doing this routine |
