hello, im a beginner in drawing, just started as a hobby..but having trouble on how to color like this, esp its oily look..

which app can i use to make the coloring as it..

i tried..but cant make the colour looks oily and lively as above..will try again with different brush

not sure ...caused when i downloaed eps file from freepik, the object seems like being trace using image trace, so my conclusion is either it using photoshop, or oil painting by hand and scanned to Ai

couldnt find any tutorial on youtube on how to do oil painting on AI, only got watercolor with additional brush and touch up photo to look like oil painting

i tried using HUION 420p board..but the pen doesnt feel nice..do not have money to buy better drawing board..
