Final price came up to Rm2.6k after less CITI45. Good deal?

IPS 400 nits + RM713

how come no touch screen more expensive? 400 nits more expensive than 300 nits with touch screen?

X395 is a good deal now whether you want to max up the specs or just upgrade a little.

T495 is great too if you want to max up the specs. If just upgrade a little it’s not worth it, yesterday’s NIGHT code offer lower price.

Im looking at 15.6' display bro. Can u check my specs below?

Yes, don’t be surprised that premium panels grow their prices exponentially.

I’m general, a panel’s premiumness is defined by the brightness, brightness consistency, contrast and color gamuts coverage and colour accuracy. If you want a screen that ticks most of the above parameters, be ready to pay a premium price for it.

wanna ask about this issue. look b4 this is 5942. but when i add the 400 nits display, it not increase increase RM713 but in fact it increase RM1204.

Good deal?

They force you to take the WWAN (AKA mobile connection modem) together with the 400nits display.

Generally better, as last time they don’t “free” 3 years pro warranty, accident protection and extended battery warranty.

Also, all upgrades will be getting the 45% off too, thus it’s better to take up all upgrades that’s worthwhile (3500u, 16GB RAM, 512GB SSD).

Just OK, nothing spectacular as the base selling price of E495 & E595 used to be under RM2.3k only. They artificially markup the price just so that those with CITI45 can lower it down.

If you’re taking the 400nits display, it’s a good deal as normal days the WWAN modem will cost RM400+. Under CITI45 it helps to lower down the price.

However, some words of cautions I read from the web. The 400 nits display tend to have a lower response time and might have some ghosting effects due to it. Nothing deal breaking if you’re not using it for gaming though, so you made you’re own decision here.

Hi..the hard disk they provide is 5400RPM..

possible just select ssd and upgrade ourself with 7200rpm later in the future?

ic. not just WWAN, also some other thing. coz WWAN cost RM450 but it got extra 491. so got 1 RM41 dunno is what. but how come when i choose default display i can't see wwan?

Should be yes. They will give a dummy HDD bay if you opt out the default HDD.

WWAN and the IR webcam come in a package.

If you’re not selecting 400 nits display, select the IR webcam will force select the WWAN too.

ohh. understand. by the way 300 nits with touch screen vs 400 nits without touchscreen, which 1 better?

400nits is way better in term of brightness

i concern about the touch screen. is it good to have touch screen? last time i know that if laptop come with touchscreen will be more laggy. not sure if still true for now.
