Just so you know...

The cash rebates have already factored into the car's selling price.

In the end, you should be focusing on the FINAL value/amount that you are paying for the car.

For example:
2 companies selling the exact same specs of Honda Civic.

Honda A Sdn Bhd
Selling Price: RM120,000
Cash Rebate: RM20,000
Final Amount: RM100,000 (You will be paying)

Honda B Sdn Bhd
Selling Price: RM105,000
Cash Rebate: RM5,000
Final Amount: RM100,000 (You will be paying)

In the end, the true value of the Civic could only be RM100,000.
Cash rebates is just a marketing tactic to draw in customers, to make them feel good by offering "LARGE" discounts.
But the truth is that those discount have been factored into the Selling Price.

Shop around other Honda distributors and see which one offers you the best deal.

Some dealers will offer more accessories or other services, instead of cash rebates. Such as better tint, better tires, free service (for 3 years), car coating, 1 full tank of petrol.
*
Tint that they offer is either jacked up in prices or rubbish anyway
