Let’s be objective about this. 10-20 yrs ago, before the emergence of Sports Direct, JD, ASICS, Specialised Adidas originals and Nike Stores ( well there were Adidas and Nike stores, but not as many as today) I used to go visit Al Ikhsan to get my regular sneaker and jersey fix
Nowadays, I look at Al Ikhsan’s product offerings and goodness gracious, they are god awful.
I mean, how the f one can buy a football boots with bright green and reflective colours on it???? Furthermore, it’s so hard to find shorts in the store, they have a lot of jogger pants and 3/4 track bottoms, obviously you can see their target market. There are too many low and mid range shoes on the shelf, and they cater for customers who just wanna buy a simple pair of shoes for daily usage.
Some of those sports shoes were downright fugly you can’t even tell whether it’s AA stuff or original. I rather go visit Adidas and Nike and JD where they have occasional limited edition and latest stuff. More niche products or collaboration goods so to speak.
