Hi to all the Sifus,
I need help and guide on how to top coat. I am currently just using Gundam markers (GM01~03) and some pour type Gundam markers (301p~303p) for panel lining and applying water decals. What are the recommended top coats that I should use? I know there's a choice of Mr Hobby Top Coat and Mr Super Clear and the Samurai brand. I'm thinking of upgrading to using Tamiya Panel Line Accent in the future and from my understanding that is enamel based, so what top coats should I use if I start using this? Thank you for all the replies! |

Hi All,
I'm quite new to gunpla. Just picked up this hobby since Corona Lockdown started. Looking for a Ver Ka as my next kit. Can I have some suggestions if y'all don't mind? I don't mind if it is more complex or time consuming. Just would like one kit that does not have parts falling off when playing with it. Or is that a wrong mindset to have, please don't hold back. Let me know! Thank you thank you This post has been edited by Kyouzumi: Jun 8 2020, 07:58 PM |

QUOTE(Kyouzumi @ Jun 8 2020, 10:52 PM) while waiting, MG zaku ii 2.0 and MG sniper 2 are excellent kits. very solidly build and very affordable too. these are the two i like to mess around the most. they just stay together whatever pose you try to put them on. no large backpack is a plus too. |

QUOTE(~C.W.S~ @ Jun 9 2020, 12:48 PM) There are many websites which provide open source models to practice 3D printing models, you can check them out: www.thingiverse.com , www.myminifactory.com. Additionally, for a beginner planning to get a 3D printer, you can join in various local 3D printing community on FB in Malaysia. Most of them are very helpful in advising you on getting the proper printers. Nevertheless, most of the users would provide very good support on how to service and maintain one's 3D printer as well. You can also check out my website as well, www.formventor.com for further reference of what I've done locally for the different market applications using 3D printing tech. Cheers! |
