1) if bijan is taxed for the political fund received, later revenge time all opposition parties will be penalised for the same reason.


2) If bijan is taxed for money derived from oversea, later all Malaysian work oversea will be taxed when they bring their money back to Malaysia.


This is a very big precedent to agree.

As much as I’m happy for Najib to be charged with more things, I think the LHDN practice of pay first appeal later is nonsensical. Imagine if they wrongly charge you with millions you can’t pay. That makes you a bankrupt and you can’t leave the country just because they made a mistake.

Stupid system that needs to be changed.

Not defending him. In fact IRB also know they got no case. They only use the opportunity of charge and pay first, before the court to decide. Just to silent him. PH gov not dare to have another prk in malay majority area - gonna be another humiliation to them.

illegal income is taxable. IRB doesn't care the income derived in what way legal or illegal. As long as it qualify as income, then tax.

Just wondering, which court already deemed this case as illegal income? Najib so far only has SRC court case to date, which is still on going.
