i think ur absorber too soft d... n the tyre touch ur mudguard...

if gas, i think will look slightly higher
new absorber doesnt mean 100% working good.. u might get lemon

mind telling me what absorber u r using now? oem spec? original? sport absorber?

Mind if I join you guys. Owner of 1.6 wira but had a serious headache on the FC after changed convert it to 1.8.

Well, long story short. Couldn't recall how many litre but a RM70 bucks won't pass through the 220km mark. Improved to 260km on highway cruising at 110kph but that still high rite

Had it tuned at proton chan sow lin hq center, lim tayar either manually or thru machine, improved a little but still consider high. Usage is like 70% city and 30% highway.

Some suggested this got something to do with the transmission. So I had it changed, half cut from japan I believe and it is an auto BTW. Managed to touched once at 300km per RM70 petrol and now all it remains is history.

Then all thing back to square or worst is I had it top overhaul........blow gasket while travelling 160kph from K.L to Melaka. Repaired, fixed and installed it back to where it used to be and now all I could get is 200km per rm70 bucks.

Now my only suspected problem is its ECU. I'm on 1.8 but used back the 1.6. Does this cause all this high FC?

Added on September 2, 2007, 12:26 pmguys, what can I do if I wanna increase the comfort level in my car? Like in going over the bumps or in cornering. I'm using 195/50/r15 tyres (should have gone to 195/55/r15) and only changed my rear absorber to gas. Trying to make the car as comfortable as possible now...

err...any other product to help on comfort? Like sport springs? Racing bars can't really help on comfort rite?

Er,u need to remove few screws and 2 clips....
There's 2 screw each side of the place between bumper and fender.....
There's 2 more screw each side at the bottom of the screw above....
Go under your car and u will see 2 clipper under the car....Use those headed screwdriver poke it to remove the clipper
Remove ur front grill and try touch the middle part of ur bumper...u will find one bumper
then there's 2 hidden screw inside the bumper which u need to go down ur car to remove that....
Thats all,this is for stock wira bumper only....Other bumper i not sure

i think accessories shop got sell it... last time i not sure i saw 1 is tis or put cd 1 at drex's shop d... but i know the mitsu dashboard hv it....
