It depends on your preference.

For me, I stopped it because they wouldn't take much normal foods and instead rely on FM whenever they felt hungry.

I didn't stopped it for my first son because of my mom constant pestering of me abusing my kid blablabla. However I did manage to do so with my younger son. Why I choose age5 is because most would be going to kindergarten and will have to start eating normal food provided. Besides it's a good time to get them to get used to outsider food which may not taste as good as home cooked ones before they reached Standard 1 which most probably will have even worse food quality. Not to mention most FM are too sweet in the first place.

That's just me....

My kids are alternating between Good Day fresh milk and chocolate milk. I was thinking about switching over to fresh goat milk but am worried if they will accept it. I used to like it during my younger days.

She started drinking fresh goat milk since 17months, changed to cow fresh milk last month when she was 19months. Each bottle of 800ml milk can usually last 3 days. It’s recommended to consume all within 4 days after open anyway.

My son is still a prickly eater. He is a very rigid person himself. We improve the situation with exposure and also slowly introduce/add in new food to its existing food. As such cocoa krunch into cornflakes, soy milk to replace current cow's milk, add in new vege (very little amount at first) into his rice etc.
