Wow all of you are super parents!

Thank you everyone. Finally i let him hungry by cutting the milk and he pulled me to the kitchen and showed me what he wants to eat. All sugary snacks and biscuits are not available anymore thus he asked for bread and sausages and ate them all.

I made a mistake by allowing him to eat Oreo la so salah in the beginning :-(

Kids love sugary stuffs, nothing wrong with snacks and cereal.

Parents must show the kids who's in charge. I always have soft drinks, chocolate, biscuits, snacks, ice creams etc at home. My son dont touch them at all without our permission. The only stuff they can touch without my permission is the few boxes with gardenia waffles, twiggies, muffins.

They still dont eat vege but that's fine with me. We have cereal with choc milk every morning. Lunch they will buy fried rice or noodles from canteen and at night my mom's cooking or outside food. All you got to do is stop their Formula Milk intake around 5 years old.

May I know why have to stop formula milk age of five?

It depends on your preference.

For me, I stopped it because they wouldn't take much normal foods and instead rely on FM whenever they felt hungry.

I didn't stopped it for my first son because of my mom constant pestering of me abusing my kid blablabla. However I did manage to do so with my younger son. Why I choose age5 is because most would be going to kindergarten and will have to start eating normal food provided. Besides it's a good time to get them to get used to outsider food which may not taste as good as home cooked ones before they reached Standard 1 which most probably will have even worse food quality. Not to mention most FM are too sweet in the first place.

That's just me....

Thank you 😊 my toddler reject formula milk now she is drinking fresh milk 😬

My kids are alternating between Good Day fresh milk and chocolate milk. I was thinking about switching over to fresh goat milk but am worried if they will accept it. I used to like it during my younger days.
