Currently EXSIM are prepared the shuttle bus service in Empire City, and park in front of 7-11 in empire city every day now, just for their Mossaz's current use and future arrangement.

I'm believed the developer will be extend the bus route into Dquince, DVervain and D'Cosmos development.

Actually this dquince really pending new Menteri signature for the approval agreement.

beside this exsim project, few other new developments in selangor n KL also pending the apdl approval agreements too.

I know that, just because many had signed snp or what so called pre signed snp. So people are panick ing now. Btw, does that affect the completion date? If they obtained apdl later?

As per what i know, the image of bus u taken, its for taking the prospect now to sales gallery.etc(well i never used also, lol).
what kind of current use for Mossaz?
Are we talking about the same shuttle bus? Correct me if i am wrong.

Would be great if developer generous enough to provide so, as in FOC basic.

Seldom see Developer would provide full bus routine to many stop points, not a norm in Malaysia now at least.
If developer really provide so as per u believe/saying...truly is a extra adding value.

I wouldnt be suprised if the developer really provide so in future, as this developer always do something extra good for their property resident(supporter).
Let say lah...

Anyway, the bus is just the bus, i dont think its big issue/factor for deciding in a property, seriously, minority of Malaysian taking bus...

But really no need panic...U can check in web portal OSC.

PERMOHONAN PROJEK(Relevant application/submission): Lulus Bersyarat since 12-Dec-19

(Developer need seek permission from the local authorities to develop.
After they have gotten permission, with all the formalities with the local council, the developers are instructed to submit the building plans.
When the plan is approved, there are a few more permissions they must get from other departments, such as the fire safety department, building department and more to move forward.)

I think everything should be in order lah, just the matter of timing. (Sorry arh, i not pandai enough to verify everything, this OSC also not stated clear
enough/detailed enough explanation to public reader like us.)

Idk actually, but logically, yes, minister is the head of the ministry what, big boss mah, so need the big boss signature for approval lah.

Yes, it will affect.

Just be patient...as you cant do anything about this also.

Lastly, the changing of government which affected the ministry- causing the delay, ministry are depriving the public of purchasing their homes
(Promoting time- advertising time, hohoho)
,particularly those buying D'Series in Damansara with such price tag, by such decent developer.

no excuses la...why would developer need soft launch project so early and make themselves in trouble?
(ouch, they did, and i believe there is other reason behind for this, its always complicated, u know...)

Did they mention how big the bus will be next time? This bus can only take a few people. Few thousand units in this area.

yes la, they soft launched it too early.

The land acquired by EXSIM, full payment only done in 1st week of July 2019.
This is norm if the APDL be obtained in about roughly 6 months.

August 2019- Jan 2020 (Ngam lo)
Feb 2020 (about to obtain), then some incident, some government issue..

Lol, i not try to defend developer lah, in fact the APDL been delayed.
But all these make sense, not really excuses, i can see the developer is working hard on this.

should be wont affect completion date, because dquince & dvervain are start Stage 2a at Q4 2020. still have plenty of time for piling and construction should be within timeframe.

from my experiences (10yrs in RE), i believe RAPID KL bus will be extend the routes into Central Damansara Park. and will increase the buses and bigger size.

The third schedule provided is amended if u did notice.
the earliar version is stated earliar completion date. (Est)

so already been delayed.

but i guess what you sharing here is developer should able to catch up as per lastest est.schedule.
if the apdl willl be obtained soon.

agree, feederbus for sure will be extend the routes into any township.

but shuttle bus is really need depend on developer.

The shuttle bus never been promised from beginning as for D'Series, if not mistaken, at least my side understanding.

yes, feeder bus routine is different with shuttle bus, but existing T810 located near jalan pju 8/8 is servicing the local to go MRT Mutiara Damansara, One U.etc
Quite convenient thou.

Phase 1 of empire city will be fully commenced in Q1 2023. *estimated and as per told from developer side source.

btw, hopefully u wont think i too kepo to reply u since u are not tagging my reply, haha.
