Hi, newbie in buying house. Im in the process of getting a PR1MA home.

And now I am confused.

1. can I use any bank or any housing loan product I like to finance my PR1MA? (I plan to take semi-flexi housing to finance my home)
2. Or I need to take 'PR1MA specific housing loan' from specific banks to finance my PR1MA home?
