Hi, belly size usually according what we eat.
If i eat maintainance diet, my belly will go up rounded.
But if not eat my muscle not growing up...
How to balance this?
To eat or not to eat...

To reduce belly fat, you need to do a lot of cardio. 30minutes minimum. Cut sugar immediately. Try to do this 30days non-stop. At least it works for me.
Muscle building is different story. Maybe others can help.

70% is your diet/lifestyle and 30% is exercise.
Do you have a weight lifting regiment?
Do you know how much calorie your body consume to remain your current weight without any exercise?
You can try maintenance level caloric intake and lifting heavy. You can still lose fat and gain muscle although will be at a safe and slower pace.

u can refer to Ab Ripper X workout programme. I have been following this programme for 3 months. It is very simple and comprehensive for ab training.
