actually partial refund would b the best way for current situation...
in my point of view ..actually do u think the proc problem occured during the delivering process?i mean the mis-handling by pos laju fellas.. it might possbile too rite? mayb its the seller's fault that he did not check properly b4 he sell it..but the thread hav caused him some sort of damage on his reputation...plus buyer hav to think twice b4 making any purchasing decision...so if u both can bear the lost together i mean seller refund part of it for buyer to cover the loss..and buyer gain ur experience on dealing wif other forumer...i think everything should b fine my 2 cents
