Yup they pay way higher..one friend who is working in talent acquisition left S to join Orsted..offered almost double pay..

When she was in S was earning about RM7k ish..now she said about RM12k ish not sure including allowance or what but its a huge jump..almost double..recently spoken to her said very high expectation and stressful also.

She was in S for 3 years ish..quite surprised why she left S tho..I mean it's a pretty decent company

She is in Talent Acquisition I believe should be in HR...not too sure which department tho just assuming

Yup HR nowdays gaji besar bro especially in GLC and MNC..some even higher pay than finance or technical people..i also dunno why..but it's common nowdays for HR ppl easily 10k above pay
