Hi guys everyone, can anyone of you please give some advise whether is this true or false.

Last week I went to Petaling Jaya area, and I had booking a grab car and heading to Time Square area,

but the driver told me that very each TOL, customer have to paid for them self,

may I know is this true? He mentioned that in KL area everyone knew that.


May I know is that true for the answer please.

Even if you take taxi also you need to pay for toll. First day ke?

Pax actually not allowed to ask driver to use their preferred route as fare is pre-calculated based on the shortest distance and estimated time. A non-tolled route may be longer distance and thus not fair to expect the driver to drive longer distance and spend more time when he will be paid based on a route of shorter distance and less time. Grab's T&C is rider pays for toll if the route passes through toll plaza.
