Bachelor Pad, What are the essentials?

I want to spruce up my place and I was wondering what are some of the essentials of your bachelor's pad? Any ideas is appreciated.

1. Largest TV u can afford or 100-inch projector.
2. Top-spec PC or Mac. 3. Gigabit networking for the entire room. 4. A file server with 12 bays or 100TB. 5. Gen-set or solar as backup power supply. 6.
