u mount on wall, glass or ceiling?
if ceiling, make sure u have the vent hole to outside

check the room size then do the cfm calculation first.

the tuma seems too anemic and too expensive

for longevity, choose AC motor. just change the capacitor every 3 years or so.
choose one thats easy to clean.
