- walk in GNC if you like

Buy from shop
- see it with your eyes
- touch them, check everything
- someone to consult
- pay petrol, car park
- could be slightly expensive (they need pay shop rental)

Buy online
- effortless
- usually cheaper (get discounts with voucher)
- higher risk
- pay petrol, car park if need to return
- parcel broken, parcel lost, poslaju do not admit they sent wrong/stole the parcel, you're on your own.

It is not hard to fake online review provided you have some budget.

An a online business owner and serious about it
- very unlikely you would want to send a few hundred bucks of faulty item for the cost of ruining your image
- spend a budget, ask staff create fake account > do purchase > write good review (1 x verified purchase will cost around RM10, spent RM200 you get 20 good reviews, it is darn cheap)

A competitor
- spend a budget, create multiple fake account > break the item > write bad comment > request lazada refund

A scammer, will scam > disappear > change name > rinse and repeat
