Hi, how do we claim warranty should the product becomes defective? Shipping alone from your store is USD45, does that include import fees? Thanks.

You can claim warranty by contacting us through either email (asia@caldigit.com) or our Facebook page via a private message. You can also talk to us via the live chat function on our website. Please make sure to have your serial number (11 characters, usually starting with A) ready.
Our shipping is done by FedEx and they are not able to estimate the import fees for each shipment beforehand. FedEx will inform customers about any import fees should these be applicable.

We are happy to inform that we have rolled out the TS3 Plus firmware update for macOS 10.15. This update will enable the TS3 Plus dock to supply 87W of laptop charging and improve the overall compatibility with USB-C monitors!
Please note the requirements below to successfully install the firmware update: - Thunderbolt 3 Mac - macOS 10.15 or later - CalDigit TS3 Plus Firmware Updater - Computer restart is required before installing new firmware

I'm interested in the USB-C dock. Some questions though - if I buy through your Asia website - how is the shipping and tax calculated?

Great to hear you are interested in our dock! If you purchase directly through our online store, shipping is calculated based on FedEx's rates. All our products are shipped by FedEx which allows customers to track the status of their parcel with a tracking number. Shipping the USB-C Pro Dock to Malaysia would be US$40. However, we are not able to estimate the exact tax/import duty amount applicable for this dock as this varies per country.
