Prestopay customer service lousy and a scam.
On 12 Dec 2019, I paid RM 116 for 4 Petronas e-voucher from Prestomall using Prestopay credits as payment method.
Credit was deducted out from my Prestopay but Prestomall showed Payment failed and cancelled my order.
I contacted customer service immediately to get a refund credit for my Prestopay since I didn't get the vouchers.
They provided me that they will get back to me within 3-5 workings days but after a week still.... nothing.
Chat with the customer service again and they replied that the issue is checking with the so called "relevant team" and they will get back to me asap. Asked for an timeline but no answers given.
Since then, I chat to the customers service and always got the same response till now as at 3 January 2020
It seems like there's lack of accountability in this company and no sincerity solving the issue.
Hoped that there's someone from Prestopay see this post and also to warn fellow Presto users to be careful as they do not have an office address and a phone number posted. only email address and live chat. Shady Business

Its the same across all platforms..even Lazada gift vouchers also same.
Call them everyday or lodge a report at KPDNHEP.
