seems frm ewallet refund all goes back to prestocredit except credit cards.

Lazada and Shopee can withdraw for those credit returned from other ewallet.
However, Prestomall credit does not allow to withdraw and you money will stuck there.
Furthermore, there is an expire date on the PrestoMall credit (if not mistaken 1 year validity only).

*Note: do not confuse PrestoPay credit vs PrestoMall credit. Is 2 different credit.

I guess penalty should be given to those sellers cancelling order.
They cant simply offer at lower price and later tell us no stock.
Selling in multiple platform with different price, and without adequate stock, when sales is good, they will cancel those with lower price.

It has been almost 4 years since 2016 using prestomall (aka 11 street previously) to purchase petrol voucher (1 year plus with bhp then turn to petronas since end of 2017)... prestomall is getting tough to survive as more consumer shift to lzd and shopee...furthermore, good price is more expensive and less voucher provided compared to another 2 online shopping platform

More importantly, anything cheap worth to buy?

this peeked my interest. but i realized my money in presto is already gone/expired. apparently if u make purchase the money comes from prestopay, but refunded money goes to prestomall which has expiry.

already lodged a complain with CS, and see how it goes. this is the first time i hear money from e-wallet can expire.

presto refund cannot withdraw. the fact is the money should be refunded to where it came from, or at least withdrawable. it's just a small amount of money but i'm not sure if bnm is aware that they are doing such a thing. for example i topup tng ewallet or grabpay, there is no reason for the credit to expire because it is sort of cash. but what presto is doing is converting these money to another account that can expire.

Also Lazada if pay with TnG, refund back to TnG. Prestomall, pay with Grab, kena cancel, must refund to Prestomall credit with added bonus of 1 year validity. Makes your money worth more, I guess.
