QUOTE(Wolgie @ Jul 20 2019, 09:47 AM) Last time very much buy form 11st (now PestoMall). the problem is the delivery fee quite high and voucher too many rules to use. Last week try pesto e-wallet and pestomall.. Seem not really different from previous. Just feel logo become rabbit. all same. PestoPay not see any special discount? or do i miss it? Should make like Lazada wallet got rebate. Even sometime hang my phone... Hahaha. Stop open a week already. maybe i try open again see see. So any new things? Except i see reload and withdraw here. You may try to make the payment on PrestoMall with boost wallet since boost offers random discount a bit.

QUOTE(laymank @ Jul 22 2019, 02:53 PM) my presto pay app always take 20 seconds to load (in red + rabbit screen) into home page. Not sure if it's just my phone or anyone else is facing the same problem? Mine is almost the same....I think it's the apps issue....

QUOTE(car_computer @ Jul 23 2019, 10:03 AM) petronas e-voucher in prestomall is no longer attractive. also, no more attractive shopping cart vouchers in prestomall i can feel that prestomall cannot sustain in business n it will be phased out soon ( or to change owner again ) You are right. Nowadays no more attractive or better discount vouchers offered by the site anymore like before... Probably using the discount vouchers that can be redeemed with certain bank credit card reward points are still worth it.

QUOTE(Alec.Yong @ Jul 24 2019, 03:06 PM) Any idea why they still want to "on hold" the said amount even we already got the money in our bank account? May be Presto wants to confirm the GIRO transfer is completely successful done or doesn't want us to perform such action too frequently within short period of time.

QUOTE(Dexter @ Jul 25 2019, 10:25 AM) As long as this keep 'On Hold' for more than 10 days, I couldn't use for other purpose like normal e-Wallet on Presto Mall. I know I can withdraw at lower amount while keeping some balances for my normal spending, but with RM2.12 (incl 6%) processing fees, I would definitely go for maximum. With this 10 working days so call SLA + response confirmation from respective bank, it's quite unfortunate for Presto Pay to sustain in high competitive e-Wallet race. I really wish them good luck. Nevertheless, we all know that this kind of e wallet system may not encourage such fully utilize the maximum withdrawal advantage....no way for us if we still need it as an alternative other than Bigpay & Boost....

QUOTE(tan_aniki @ Jul 23 2019, 06:09 PM) AF for AA is subjected to management approval, so just called and request lo, if can't then cancel and apply again Found out that sometimes the PrestoPay apps will be loading just in few seconds as fast as Boost... Did anyone experience it especially within these few days ?

Update for HLB: Withdrawal requested late at around 5:30 PM on 7th Aug and deposited into account just now tonight. Not sure it's taking 4 (if 7th Aug is not considered as one working day since it was late that day) or 5 working days actually... Of course the status is still on hold...
