9.5.9's vibration is too soft for my liking. It changes the vibration of many apps, such as WhatsApp, Gmail, etc. and that causes me to miss messages.

Ai... No difference to me. Did you check if your settings were changed? Mine at medium intensity and it felt the same.
*
I changed both to strong now and it's still very weak. Previously, my WhatsApp notifications has a long dzzz-dzzz vibration that feels just like a call is coming in. Now the vibration for incoming messages feels just like the haptic from typing on the keyboard, da-da like that. Don't know if you guys can understand me or not, but it feels just like that.

Anyways, is there a way I can downgrade to 9.5.8? Wanted to flash the rom in stock recovery but the option's not there. That used to be the way for me on the OP2. Phone's not rooted btw, any help I can get is greatly appreciated.

That looks slick at mate, I'm still contemplating whether to get Rhinoshield CrashGuard or the Dbrand Grip.

Used the CrashGuard on my Nexus 6p, loved it as I had a dbrand skin. Contemplated getting it again for my op7 non-pro, but mahal ler. Will get Ringke Fusion X instead and pair with gadgetshieldz skin this time to see how it looks.
*
Yeah have it on my OP2 as well, really helped protect my phone from various drops over the years. In fact, it suffered so many drops that it started to finally crack after 4 years. Asked Rhinoshield for a replacement, all I need to pay is for the shipping. It's just that I'm thinking whether to try out the Grip haha.

My Dbrand skin arrived today. First time applying skins to my phone, think the finished product wasn't too shabby.

Prolly gonna get the Rhinoshield Crashguard now since I love how my phone looks now.

Nice
Is it feel grippy when hold it

My sot

Coz mine is white marble, so not really. The surface is kinda "matte-like", was kinda below my expectations tbh. If you want grippy ones, I think the Swarm, Carbon Fibre and Dragon series should be more appropriate

9.5.10 update is out, and it fixes the soft vibration issue for third-party apps

Any review on the in car dash charger performance with oneplus 7 pro?
I got mine as free gift.
Just now i charged for 10 mins but the batt only increased about 7-8%, which is quite slow for me TBH.
Not sure how is it when compared to QC 3.0 car charger.
*
It was faulty for mine too, pretty sure it applies for every op7p out there. The charger doesn't seem to be dash charging the phone, but only normal charging it.

the case feels great in the hand. Pretty gripy too!

Was considering to get one, but the lack of the Oneplus Logo and some negative reviews kinda turned me off a bit (Very tight fit, getting deformed in a few months time, etc.). I'm prolly going for the Rhinoshield Crashguard instead

Next day, pack the item. Paste the airway bill and drop at pos laju counter.
On 6th, shopee received my return parcel and checked the item.

They agree the item was damaged. However it seems shopee is not pro-buyer as ebay, they still asked oneplus to defend my claim and I had to argue mine.
If it was ebay, I'd get my refund there and then (I refund a graphic card before).

I argue my report was less than 24 hours. Shopee agree but xianfeng claim I used the phone on the day it arrived and broke it along the way  drool.gif
Luckly I took a photo of the wrapped oneplus box to share with my wasap gang. I then open back my pictures and open the timing info to defend my case - and won.
Seller surrender and accept to refund but still argue I did not present these evidences from the start - which I did (pictures of scratch, hello?).

Lesson learn, if you buy something expensive online, do an unboxing video. I shit you not.
And maybe avoid this distributor who treats customer like lying, desperate donkeys.

Is there anyway to put all my Apps in categorized folders? I already downloaded a lot of Apps and games and it looks so messy without folders in the apps menu ...
*
Pretty sure you can't do that on stock launcher, but I might be wrong. You have to use third party launchers such as Nova, etc.

No ninjaz at my area lol.. I dunno wat is good to pair with almond.. For me it feels like it's either clear case or fully covered..

Is the oneplus nylon or karbon bumper case good enough for protection? The karbon is really carbon fibre ka? I dont like ringke fusion x design, supcase beetle also subpar.. Uag even worse.. Alot casing out for one plus not my taste lol.. Prefer less fancy case..

Dunno y until now no ppl bring im otterbox for oneplus 7 pro.. Thru otterbox need pay shipping usd 10 dem.. Unless i buy 2 case lol.. Need 50 for free shipping

If you don't mind bumpers, you can try Rhinoshield Crashguard. Been using them ever since on my OP2, and got it for my OP7P too. Absolute tank, and lets you show off the back as well (I dbranded my back)

The good thing is that our existing 7 and 7 Pro should serve us well until OP8/9~ by then the technology should be even better and with better battery life/screen/charging tech.

It's good! No regrets using OP so far.
*
Yeah, that's what I'm thinking too. I still can't get over how blazing smooth the screen is

Exactly, and because of the hype I quickly went for OP2 hoping it will be even better. Who knows..

Same bro. I was introduced to OnePlus by my cousin during OP1 days. Bought OP2 since they said it's a "2016 flagship killer" in 2015. It's still almost the worst among their phones (Poor OPX users), but I still quite like the phone thanks to OxygenOS.
