The way to do it is use the MSMtool (guacamoles_unlock) and put the phone in EDL mode to unlock the bootloader then you can flash TWRP and root it.

i beg to differ. anyway different ppl diff taste. to me i love the 144hz rr. apparently the user only use 60hz rr thats y managed to get sot 11hrs
well..to me i was satisfied using 144hz mi10t pro and still get 9 hours sot.
