QUOTE(neverfap @ Sep 21 2019, 05:49 PM) I doubt its legal. That's why we can't have nice thing 1.5% ok lah , equivalent of 3 to 4 months dividend.Introduced transfer system, the ppl will abuse it. Btw the transfer system will subject to unit availabilities right? If not enough unit will transfer the remaining fund into our bank account. Right? I think I saw the post in garage sales charging 1.5% fees. Which is quite high tbh 😅 |

Is this d reason why difficult to buy?Everytime I tried, always no availability And also, how to keep up to date with the dividend dates? I can't find a dividend give out schedule on ASNB website. |

Is it possible for ANSB to accumulate most the selling today, and only release them tomorrow to pay less dividend?

QUOTE(beLIEve @ Oct 1 2019, 02:41 PM) i don't think so. If anyone was to go such low, it won't be ASN. Isn't it lowest endof day balance, so any amount bought on the 1st day is counted for dividend for the month?there are already many days in a year with the 1st of the month falling on weekends/holidays. their T&C already clearly stated that only the lowest balance of the month qualifies for dividend. The lowest balance on the 1st is actually before you start buying. ASN already generous enough to pay dividend for the first day. better worry they retain them units for other reasons. Besides, sellers are redeeming them units from ASN, not selling to buyers. it's up to ASN to release to buyers or retain them for whatever reasons, such as bundling with VP or by election sale. Went to ASNB JB office at 2pm today, and the place is so quiet. Was told that yesterday was as quiet. So seems like not many are selling as though they know it is hard to buy back.

QUOTE(raptar_eric @ Nov 16 2019, 10:56 AM) if you see his topic in garage sales, he is charging RM2065 for RM2000 of funds, 15 is for transfer fees, 50 for his "kfc".. therefore it equates to a 2.5% fees.. 5% dividend - 2.5%, even lower than eFD rate lol As a seller I will choose ikanbilis method. As a buyer I will choose rapter_eric's method to be safe. |
