anyone know any reason mydigi apps cannot launch?
my mom phone, have been use few month digi line,
but mydigi apps cannot launch, tap on it, digi icon appear about 2 second, go back home screen,
reinstall mulitple time not working, phone OPPO R7s

Still no idea what happen, has been more that 2 month i think
need check back my previous comment
Always suddenly emergency call only in anytime,
Happen everyday on working location,
No such issue on other place, even home
I need always restart or turn on and off flight mode every time happen,
If not no signal at all.
Changing SIM 1 to 2 same issue
