Just found out that there's a DiGi kiosk in Block KA of UTAR Sg Long. No need to go C180 anymore. So far I know can do the following.
1. Replacement SIM RM10
2. New number/SIM RM?
3. Topup/Payment

Anything else that we can do at the kiosk?

Thanks Digi! Digi gave me another RM10 reward credits for one of the numbers that I made a report about the expired RM10 voucher.

In total, I made 3 reports for 3 accounts (5 numbers) for total 5 expired vouchers. Only one account (1 number) received a reply from DiGi. The other 2 accounts didn't receive any acknowledgement of nor replies to the reports. Which is fine since all 5 expired vouchers where re-issued.

Report made Feb 18. Received the above email Feb 24 and the RM10 today valid for 15 days.

I had a similar problem about a month ago. I'm using iPhone X. WiFi calling off. VoLTE on.
1. Landlines, such as my house Unifi line, gets thru to my DiGi Prepaid line only 20% of the time. Other times, it says not "Currently Unreachable" but "Number not in Service"
2. But calls from mobiles seems to be fine.

Reported to DiGi and they said it was a congestion problem in my area. Not sure how true that is since the problem occurs at home ie: low density residential and during the day. I'm not 100% sure but I don't think it has happened recently.

I'm in Sungai Long, Kajang. My wifi calling except for some initial testing is always off.

I think it must be a DiGi issue. So strange that it says my number is not in service when that problem occurs.

That's right. Should get unreachable "unavailable" if it belongs to someone. Then it goes to voicemail if that's on.

Web quite handy for checking balance since I have 16 numbers over 4 accounts. Can open 4 windows at once. Other than that it's not much use.
