I'm using Wifi. Unifi 800mbps but the speed doesn't matter, I think not. Nothing special, just press, press, press at the top of the hour and hope for the best.

Not for llaollao but that has happened to me before. Go the menu then support and report the double deduction. Should not be a problem getting a refund.
