They will replace by giving you two option. Option 1, you gotta pay around 300 for the new stb (no need to extend contract) or option 2, they'll replace it for free but need to extend your acc on a new contract for 2 years. Or there's another option, which is buying a used one (should be cheaper than buying from TM, can try looking around in garage sales thread, or at mudah) and call TM to change the stb MAC address in your account.
