I just pay deposit for SCI kitchen and found out their sub con installer actually not that good... Wanted to ask... How about their Cabinet quality? They quote me 8k which includes SINK and TAP + 12ft quartz stone + 12ft base cabinet and 9ft of wall unit.

Yes, no question on their pricing. But abit consent on their Installation after I view so much bad review about them.
Additionally, their quote me the labor of relocation (lower down few inches) of the drain and plug point is quite reasonable. About the material i think shouldn't too expensive.

Plus they using E1 board.. somesort of recycle material but environment friendly board.. market strategy kot..

Can use ba..even signature kitchen also use melamine board.

Haiz..not choice but hope the installer is nice :/ Things will get done eventually but problem is takes how long to get it done :/

Signature provide 10 years warranty.. but you need to understand what is their T&C..
I get quote 12FT cabinet + 9ft wall + 12ft quartz by Signature almost 14k without SINK, TAP, HOD and HOOD.

Going for SCI cabinet same thing almost 9K + some accesories and eletrician + Plumber works, + SINK TAP HOD and HOOD almost 12.5k.

But workmanship no idea as alot review say it is sucks.

My parents house use Signature Kitchen. So far only issue is the door below sink there start "kembang" already...other than that no issue at all.

I just make the final confirmation with SCI yesterday and what they claim that previously they got outsource but very troublesome. They can arrange their in house installer however it might need to wait .

This kitchen built 10 years ago. So far only the cabinet door under the sink have some "kembang" other wise all still in good condition. Suggest you upgrade the cabinet door under sink to have better to avoid this...

Ok.. here comes my review to SCI Kitchen..
So far their people is on time and price is reasonable.. They now did not hire any sub-con for the kitchen cabinet installation but install by their own people.
Total damage Rm10k which includes the wall plug reallocate, adding few point, and drain reallocate. Another 1.7k for the Hood and Hob..

Only things I do not like is I wish to adding the ducting pipe however after the kitchen cabinet team done the installation, they seems does not willing to help me to open the hole for ducting pipe and claim that my Hood is high end 1 will clean those recycle air....(Which i not sure it will or not...I buy the Rinnai RH-C94B). I tell them fine and I will trail to cook some 'Si Chuan' hot pot to see whether it can really recycle the air or not..

Got up and down..but in short bao ka liao save alot time.

For my simple renovation (Adding 15 wall socket, aircond point, fan point and etc. (All thru wall hacking))Takes around 1 month to finish however it just simple job(Other can be done in 2 weeks..) They charge me 2.1k for all these works.

An suggest which silicon able within kitchen humidity condition without mold...? My kitchen silicon gap just 6 month already grow mold...

anyone know where can get custom dish rack? Silly me only left 21cm space beside the basin and now cant get a suitable dish rack...

Anyone can suggest me reliable plumber near cheras area... want to get rid of my flexible pvc soft pipe into typical pvc hard pipe...

help...my melamine cabinet start "kembang" already....
Any way to save it..... T.T I plan to use hairdryer to make it completely dry before I apply waterproof tape to make sure it wont not keep going.....
Any specific tape can make sure no water able to get inside...

I just quoted by them for repair....basically change the case...

My case side is 800mm wide x 700mm height x 300mm deep..
Inclusive labour and bla bla bla..
Will it too expensive..... I have no idea...

how to clean the mold under the kitchen cabinet sink area.....the cabinet itself is aluminium however the support under quartz stone is wood...and it got alot mold....

is there any contractor can replace the wood between cabinet and quartz top..? it start crack dunno why......and always got black substance fall down suspect the wood also wet and got fungus....

around 3 years.. suspect the leaking due to the silicon seal fail...i have reseal and now seems fine..next time would open 2 hole on the cabinet below sink to prevent any sort of moist and can detect leaking earlier.
