And it will continue to creep up more, slowly. I have already mentioned in a few posts back that this is a chance not to be missed. I've bought all my units in 3 tranches below 0.80, so I have already made all my money. I am confident that it will reach its NAV.

To me, buy either small or big volume should not matter much, if one is aiming for DY.

I prefer ATRIUM over UOA, because of their assets.

Don't bang on just one, diverse your reits investment.
If everything runs well for Atrium it will turn out to be quite fruitful investment, since Atrium only have 3 industrial properties,
for anyone of it to go down will contribute very high risk in term of ratio (1/3 of risk factor).
Spread your fund to other reits to diminish your risk.
