Go to www.klse.com.my, under Listed Companies theres a section for Annual Reports on the left. You can find it from there.

Look on the bright side, ATRIUM alrdy made full provisions for the rectification and repair works and the few months of vacancy at Atrium Shah Alam this quarter. The future earnings and DPU should be back to normal... I hope. Can anyone confirm this?

Btw, if tmr drop to 70cents, I buy more... tongue.gif

Bear in mind though that for REITs, not all profit is distributable as surplus from revaluation is non-distributable.

Any knows any news on HEKTAR? Its weird that ppl are dumping it at 1.05. Around this time of the year, the price usually pick up slightly due to distribution soon. At 1.05, still can get 8.7% nett yield. hmm.gif

QUOTE(simplesmile @ Oct 14 2009, 10:17 PM)
Is this correct? Can someone shed some light?
If my personal tax bracket is 19%, then when I submit my income tax returns in April 2010, do I have to pay another 9% income tax?

I pretty sure you don't. The tax for reits is lower to attract ppl to invest in it. If im not mistaken, REITs in sg tax even lower.

As a HEKTAR investor, Im abit worried about future DPU. Seems like they have a RM30mil refurbishment for Mahkota Parade. Most likely will eat into their profit and thus affecting their DPU. Anyone knows if the RM30mil has already been fully accounted or what?
