axreit, thinking of going in at around 1.27/28 next week.

it was there but no enough seller ... i dont want partial match.

Also received my axreit check a few days ago, read the report .. seems like nestle house wont be renewed. if not mistaken may lost up to 3mill in rental per annum if no new tenants coming in. They got planned renovations so i'm guessing at least 3 months no new tenents.

got 27 lots today @1.28
